Meta ads, every month
Offer, bundle and product campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, with new creatives as the old ones tire.
Ads first, and the tools around them when a business needs them: dashboards, planning, a shop. Clients are unnamed until they agree to it; the numbers are from Meta Ads Manager.
Meta ads every month since May 2025, a plugin that reports sales made in DMs back to Meta, and a marketing dashboard that puts till sales, ad results and stock in one place.
From Meta Ads Manager, read 2 November 2026. Sales in the shops don’t show in Meta’s reports, so we don’t quote a return on ad spend.
Most customers don’t buy on a website: they order in Instagram and Facebook DMs, or at the counter. So Meta never saw the sale, and an ad campaign that can’t see its sales can’t learn which people to reach. They needed Meta to learn from real orders, and a way to see which offers and products actually moved: in the till and on the shelf, not just in Ads Manager.

A plugin we built for their chat: when a customer orders in the DMs, the sale goes to Meta’s Conversions API, so the algorithm gets real purchases to learn from and can find buyers for less.
One dashboard built from their till system, ad results and stock count: sales by period, which ads are wearing out, which organic posts lift sales, and the weekly plan.
Every offer and bundle with its margin and how many packs the current stock covers, plus a reorder list, before money goes into promoting it.
Instagram carousels and ads for each offer, made from the same data.
Low-cost Meta ads that brought people to three shops, an automatic production order for the kitchen, and an AI knowledge hub the owner can simply ask.
From Meta Ads Manager, read 2 November 2026: the summer 2025 campaigns. Sales happen in the shops, where Meta can’t see them.
They sell in store, so the ads have one job: get people through the door, cheaply. Behind the counter, a central kitchen makes fresh products for three shops every day. Too much is waste, too little is lost sales.
Reach and traffic campaigns for the three locations, built for a very low cost per person reached.
Sales per shop as the day goes, against yesterday, the 7-day average and the same day last year, with product sales hour by hour.
Tomorrow’s kitchen order made automatically from the last 7 days of sales, weighted by weekday and adjusted per shop, with a transfer sheet for each location.
Stock followed with AI from purchases, recipes and sales, so the team sees what is running low and what is being used faster than it sells.
Their till system and accounting connected in one place: the owner asks a question in plain words and gets an answer from the real numbers, and the hub points out anomalies on its own.
What they buy (ingredients and suppliers) set against what they sell, month by month, with food cost as a share of revenue and alerts when one grows without the other.
We built their online shop and run their Meta ads.
A new spirits brand selling online needed a shop to sell from and ads to bring buyers to it. Alcohol is a restricted category on Meta, with age and country limits on who the ads may reach, so the shop and the campaigns had to work within those rules from day one.
Their website and shop, built by us: product pages, checkout and the tracking the ads need.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns that send buyers to the shop, within Meta’s rules for alcohol.
