Terms of service

1. The service

adthief.ai, run by [Company legal name, e.g. Example Sh.p.k.], is a research tool for businesses: it shows public Meta ads, shops and website data, ranked and organised. It’s meant for business users, not consumers.

2. Free beta

The service is free during the beta. Features and limits may change. Before any paid plan starts we’ll tell you the price, and nothing is charged without you choosing a plan.

3. Your account

Keep access to your email safe (we sign you in with a code sent there); you’re responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person; invite teammates rather than sharing logins.

4. Fair use

• Don’t scrape, copy in bulk or resell data from adthief.ai, and don’t use bots on it.
• Don’t try to break, overload or get around limits of the service.
• Don’t use it to harass anyone or break the law.

5. Other people’s ads and content

Ads, images, videos and text shown belong to the advertisers and sites that made them. We show them for research and inspiration. Don’t copy someone’s creative, brand or claims as your own; you’re responsible for what you make and publish.

6. Data accuracy

Data comes from Meta’s Ad Library, public websites and other public sources. Stars, reach, spend and speed figures are estimates. We don’t promise they’re complete or correct, or that an ad that ran long was profitable.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running but can’t guarantee it. Outside sources (like Meta) can change or stop, which can limit what we show.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (during the free beta: €0). Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

9. Ending

You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may end the beta with 30 days’ notice.

10. Law
